里山牧場で育てられた健康な乳牛からつくられる製品。今回のイラストを制作するにあたり、土づくりのこと、牛の生育に適した環境を常に模索され続けていることなど、こだわり抜かれた現場の試行錯誤のお話を沢山お聞きする事ができました。
このイラストは、自然に「感謝・共生」し、責任を持てる未来を届けるというイメージを「凜とした表情」で表現しました。
